I have a hypothyroid problem. I catch a cold often. Can i take cough sirop with DM-D-E ingredients? Soem pharmasits tell me yes, others say no because of the gland and its effects...which is true?

If you don't want to ask your doctor, then call the local pharmacy and ask. They will be happy to tell you. I'm hypothyroid and I usually can take most cough medications, but like I said if in doubt ask the pharmacist. We are all different.
