and it gets over in a while.Would someone with medical knowledge explain it,please?
By the way,it happens to me in the morning.

this may be a form of ( Myotonia ), a muscle disease.
also depending on your age it may be STIFFNESS due to an early form of arthritis.
however a through history needs to be taken.
my advice go & see a neurologist & may be a rheumatologist.

carpers tunnel , it's a twisted set of nerves in the hand and they need to be un twisted by a surgeon . it's very common and only minor op , i was in and out of hospital in an hour when i had mine done and back at work 4 hours later though the doc wanted me to have 6 weeks off .

Could be that you get Arthritis in the winter....the joints get stiff and makes it hard to flex your fingers ...Go to the Home Page for Arthritis..See Link to find out more

drying hands and itchyness, it just happened to me.
Don't take long hot showers
Don't wash the dishes without gloves
Use Lotion!
