If u wanna stay at home - do push ups! they're simple and u can build good strength doing them. Maybe buy a set a 5 pound dumbells and do some bicep curls, shoulder presses and reverse curls for your triceps. Every women should weight train - it strengthens your bones. Good Luck!

Push ups, lift weights (hold your arms out with the weights and bring them up and down) Pull Ups. Cartwheels. Almost anything that you would use with your arms.

Curls strengthen you biceps & forarms, push-ups are more for your chest than triceps, so try Close-Grip Bench Press for your triceps.
