No, not at all. Once in awhile you have to give yourself a little reward. It sounds like you are a very serious dieter. Good for you.

You defenitely need MORE than just milk for breakfast. And did you know that McDonalds salads have as many calories as a Big Mac??? I just went to McD's the other day and got a grilled chicken caesar salad....well the dressing alone had 190 calories!
Anyways, I don't believe in cutting anything out of the diet when trying to lose weight. If you enjoy it, enjoy it in moderation. Enjoy your weight loss journey along the way, don't just keep an eye out for the end result.

To me it sounds like you didn't have enough calories. You will end up slowing down your metabolism. You should have a high protein breakfast. That will keep your blood sugar steady for a few hours and prevent hunger which in turn will help you to resist sweets. I don't think skim milk is enough unless you drank a whole quart. I have a skinny friend who eats one small sweet thing every day. She also jogs every day and eats low fat food.

No, no longer likely cheating, only getting somewhat greater energy or somewhat undesirable options replaced. cheating has distinctive meanings, for some it skill going over energy, others it skill eating undesirable meals. whether you do cheat, this is on social gathering and having a action picture night seems to be something that doesn't ensue usual so delight in it and don't hassle.

If you panic over two tiny chocolate thingies, then you have no worry because you have already won the mental battle! Congrats!

i wouldn't think you did anything wrong. if you completely deprive yourself of sweets or treats here and there your diet will never work anyway. the best way to keep track of things is to count calories. i find that i lose weight most efficiently when i do that. even in my head but i have to be honest about it and not round down. always round up!

As long as you stick with your diet and do not indulge on that all the time, I would not think of it as cheating on your diet at all. It is good to reward yourself occasionally, puts you in a better frame of mind to continue with your goal without wavering on a sudden binge.
