how to open four digit combination lock?

I have forgotten the four digit combination code to my TSA SAFE SKIES lock. Could u please help.

Unfortunately there is no way to open it without the combination. Your only solution is to remember the combo or buy a new lock.

bolt cutters, then buy an new lock and keep the combo in file somwere you will remember(safe, security box, filing cabinet, etc..)
