I think it counts as a disability! I should get some money for multiple brain surgeries (that haven't fixed the problem and took a huge chunk out of my junior year) and simply surviving through high school with my memory shot.

I really can't help you, but I want to applaud your courageousness. I have been diagnosed with epilepsy. I have been seizure free for almost 2 years. My seizures actually started in college about 2 years before they found out what was wrong with me. I'm fortunate they aren't severe and my medication keeps all under control.
I just want to tell you I admire your strength and eagerness to attend college. Epilepsy is a disability. Unfortunately, people don't understand it. Maybe you could get a hold of someone from the epilepsy foundation and they could give you some info, in addition to their website. It's worth a shot. http://www.epilepsyfoundation.org/
Best of luck

Maybe there aren't any specifically for epilepsy, but you could write about all of the obstacles you've overcome and what you've learned from it in essays when you apply for scholarships. I think that if you prove to have an insightful viewpoint and to have overcome obstacles you'll have a good chance of getting some kind of scholarship.
