The healthiest way to gain weight isn't actually through eating junk food, but through exercise. When you first start exercising, your body will convert your fat into muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. You also will find your appetite increasing so you will want to eat more. It's recommended that you exercise for at least a half hour at a time, at least three days a week.
Before you start any exercise routine though, it's a good idea to have a checkup with your doctor. Your doctor will be able to tell you if 105 lbs or 115 is a healthier weight for you, and your doctor will actually know this better than your mom. Your doctor will hopefully confirm my recommendation of exercise rather than junk food.
If your mother or you are concerned that you may have aneorexia or bulemia, then please do talk to either your doctor, your school nurse, or your school counsellor. They can help you get a more healthy body image, and to understand what is a good amount of food to eat, and how to be healthy and socially accepted.
Good luck!

Eat healthy mainly and workout. That way you will put on muscle and not fat. Try to eat three meals a day with two small snacks in between. Those snacks should be ones of high protein content and fiber like beef jerky and almonds. Workout three times a week and do some aerobics two other days.

If you're a person go the go, you have to take time to really sit down and enjoy your meal so that it can stick to you. Or eat and then sleep on it. Eat a lot of hot wings if you want it to come quick. They come in a lot of different flavors and the wing is the 'fattest' part of the chicken. There are some other things I could tell you but I don't know if you're old enough to know because you're probably living with your mom if you're REALLY listening to her like that.

Okay, if you are intentionally not eating all meals then yes you should eat more to gain weight. A healthy weight helps you avoid getting sick. However, if you eat regurlarly and notice you are just not gaining weight then it is your metabolism and not your fault. Hopefully your mom understands that. I mean, let's say you do have a high metabolism. What are you suppose to do the? Have something to eat every hour???
-Good Luck.

To gain weight, eat nuts because they are dense in calories and also healthy. I wouldn't go out and eat a bunch of junk food if I were you because you won't feel well and there is very little nutritional value. Also, eat your dinner late so that you won't be going and exercising and you go to bed soon after dinner.. a great way to get fat.

gaining weight is one thing gaining fat is another..
what u want to do is keep ur bodysize and gain lean muscle..
Tuna, olive oil, raw almonds nutz, egg whites(only) chicken breast steamed, eat 6 meals a day and u'll be 10 pounds heavier in 3 weeks if u exercise u shouldn;t change ur size at all.
10 pounds can be gained easily in 2 weeks :)
hope that helps, stay away from creamy foods unless u want a blow up doll look.

Big Mac's. They have over 600 calories in one hamburger not counting the fries and drink
But you need to talk to your mom. It depends on your age and your height as well. Make sure you really need to.. if all else fails go to your school nurse before doing something at all.
