I had a bowl of chocolate ice cream and was just wondering if anyone knows roughly how many calories are in it. Also on top i had one teaspoon of golden syrup and some chocolate sauce. If you know the calorie content of any of these, or the total, please reply! Thankyou in advance.

At least 750 - ie more than a third of what you need per day.

there is no "average bowl of chocolate" also what is a "bowl" to you? 1/2 a cup is considered to be a serving usually but most people usually eat 1 cup or more. the best place to look is calorieking.com and you can put in whatever brand of ice cream you ate. it was probably a lot tho. if i had to guess i would say between 300-600 calories... depending on how much you acutally ate.

heya!
it depends what kind of ice cream it was? if it was cheap ice cream then usually bout 100 calories per scoop. but if it was expensive/really think and creamy like ben and jerries or haagan dazz then double the calorie content per scoop.
one teaspoon golden syrup can cpntain as much as 40 calories.
100ml choch sauce usually bout 300 calories but i duno how mcuh you put on!
hope this helps

That depends on how many are in the ice cream so long has you enjoyed it.Why worry a bit of what you fancy does more good than harm.
