Hey......i know another man by the surname Kaya that lives in Bodrum Turkey.
He has lived there for years though. I also know people from the Harbour.................i can ask for you if you like???

if you mean Bodrum try to phone Turkish mobile phone companies such as Turkcell etc.. then ask if he;s registered with them and what his address is...
There are a few mobile phone companies( i don't know what others are sorry) so you will have to try them all if necessary....
It may be a long shot but you'll never know if you don't try, wishing you good luck....
