Someone at work says their cousin read in a book that the middle of the bubble contains a "fat cell" and is proof that you are losing fat. I think it is bunk...but the whole workplace would like to know the answers I receive. Please help if you can!

Hey there. I'm not sure about the whole bubble thing, but one thing to keep in mind here is that if someone is in a state of ketosis (i.e., a state where their body is primarily burning fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates - this happens especially to those on extremely low carb diets) then it can be detected and/or measured through their urine. So in a sense, fat burning can be detected through urine. But remember that this is only in the case when a person is in a state of ketosis, and 99% of people out there aren't in that state. So, unless you're in ketosis, the idea of somehow concluding your fat burning success through bubbles in your urine seems a bit far fetched.
