Often when you add new drivers, programs, or updates, they need to restart you computer, this is so they can write to the registry to make the item work properly. After the re-start everything should work fine

The problem is the problem and the solution is:
whenever your machine pops-up that windows that demands you to restart-- 'Do you want to restart' or 'click yes to restart'
Select 'No'.
You can still work perfectly with you pendrive without restart you system.
