You may not want to hear this but I don't feel that age really has a barring on this issue. I believe it has to do with the maturity between the couple that wants to get married. First you need to keep in mind that in today's world "money" is the issue because you need the money for expences and raising children and anymore lot's of it...lol. So finances are a key word here. Also is one really ready emotionally and mature to persue a longtime relationship and the stress that follows raising a family, you need to think about that also. Now myself I don't believe that someone right out of high school is mature enough to get married or financially secure to start a family. So. if there was an actual age then I would say around 25 or maybe 26.

The maturity for woman is said to be 18+ for marriage and pregnancy. For men it is said to be 24+. Starting your own family depends totally on your upbringing. When you are a person with strong will and determination, ability and enthusiasm, exposure and knowledge, that is the time you become competent to start a family of your own. Or else, you will be always in problem.

In my opinion you can get married anytime you think you are ready. Starting a family really has to come with proper consideration and preparation. Depends on the maturity of the person....there is no proper age to be a parent.

24 or 25. I'm sorry most 21 year olds aren't old enough to marry. Love will not always keep a marriage together. If the only reason you have to get married is because "we love each other," wait another 2 years and re-evaluate.

Mental maturity is what it is all about. My best friends could have been marriaged at 18, she was fully prepared to be a wife. But the guy she loves, well he wasn't fully prepared to be a husband, so they are waiting. It can be anywhere between 18 and never.
