Did you study English in a class? Are you using anything online? Or a learn-to-speak CD?
The best way to learn a language is to stay involved with it and talk to people who speak it, even if you don't speak it that well yourself. So if you can't get in touch with someone to help you vocally, definitely stay online and keep using as much English as you can and you'll improve!

Go to a church and speak english to them and you will learn better english Everthing man learns is copyed from nature and each other and God is us...
All you need is Love.

Watch movies that you love, but in english. Maybe children's movies will help like disney!
