Right now I speak English and Spanish, and I'm learning Italian. My interest is in the sociolinguistics of ALL of these languages, but I'm not sure what I can do with that. I've been looking online to try and see what kind of careers that would open up to me, but all I can find is the generic list of every job in existence where it would be beneficial to speak another language. Can anyone help me out with some careers that actually FOCUS on sociolinguistics? If possible, something I could do using multiple languages? If it's not too much to ask I'm also wondering what kind of interships, etc, I should be looking for. Thanks so much!! :)

I know that knowing a lotta languages isn't necessarily a prerequisite for a career in sociolinguistics. I'm not learning languages to help me with ENGLISH linguistics, I'm interested in sociolinguistics in ALL of these languages. Sorry if I wasn't clear on that. :)

Well, first of all knowing many languages isn't a prerequisite for being a linguist/sociolinguist.

Sociolinguistics deals with how language is used in the society, how society/cultural norms affect language. It also studies how social variables (gender, status, etc) determine the language used, etc.

Studying sociloinguistics, you can be a researcher in this field. Other than being an academician investigating how society and language interact, I don't know what kind of carrers there are in this field.
