I'm glad you are not going with the usual middle names. My middle name is Marie and I hate it...I've always been partial to middle names that are flowers or herbs like:
Lilly
Rosemary
Daisy
Violet
or naming your child after a famous literary character. That is a good story to tell your child and when they get old enough to read they can read about their namesake.
Good luck choosing, their are so many names out there to pick from!

I have a friend who's mother was way cool in the name game and just gave her daughter (my exgirlfriend) an initial for a middle name and told her when she was ready...to use the middle intial and make her name what she wanted to... so she changed it form Stacy K. Flanigan to Kiss Flanigan a few years ago... great move on her mother's part...

I used my (ex)husbands name along with mine to come up with our daughter's middle name.
ALAN + LISA = ALYSE
That way she has a part of each of us with her all the time! She does wish we would have named her "Alyse" as a first name, tho. I wanted to, but I couldn't think of a unique middle name to go with it! LOL
