I discovered this made my face much slimmer when I was trying to find a cure for skin problems.
It's a simple, NATURAL, safe, low cost treatment the really works. Using an organic oil or any natural oil - tea tree oil works really well - massage face with quite a strong, vigorous motion - that part is important - once a day (best at night as will make face flushed). Initially, the skin has to adjust and if soreness or other reactions happen - the skin might expel poisons that need to be expelled - then stop and resume when you can. You have to find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Stick with it & in a week or so you will see an improvement and overtime you will see the face has slimmed down. I wouldn't worry so much about losing weight but instead concentrate on gaining muscle. Unfortunately, when you lose weight it's usually everywhere_and the chest and arms are usually the first areas to go down. I agree with abdominal workouts like sit-ups would be a good way to achieve your goal. If you are diligent the results will be a tighter, flatter stomach.
