El Rey brand from Venezeula. It comes in a variety of strengths of cacao content. Each has it's appropriate usage and you can eat them all as is according to your taste. I prefer the 56% Carnero Superior. Try this website for a large variety of high quality chocolates. www.chocosphere.com. Just to be on the safe side I find chocolate that doesn't contain true vanilla not vanillin is almost always better quality. If they cut corners there then they're doing it elsewhere.
