If so, how long was your formal education and how much do you make starting out and how long does it typically take to make "good money" if ever. Im talking about 55,000 or more a year

check the free site below to get an idea of earnings in your area.
the bureau of labor can also give you statistics for your area. usually, the more education and training you have, the better money you make. the only people i know that make 55K or more have a Bachelors, some experience and some specialized training. it is possible though...especially if managing a physicians group.

try earning while learning...many hospitals and larger practices have tuition reimbursement.

Generally you don't need any type of degree for those types of positions. I didn't.
