Water is the best answer, but you can back it up by rubbing your whole body with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil containing 5 drops each lavender and geranium essential oils. You can put a few drops of the above essential oils in a bath too. The oils kill the bacteria causing the problem they willnot stop the diarrhoea.
If you are dehydrated from diarrhoea, make yourself up a re hydration blend of l litre bottled water, 4-8 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and drink one glass at a time. The sugar is there to promote absorption of the salt, so don't tamper with the amounts of sugar. Stop drinking this when diarrhoea clears up.
As for eating, bland things when you start to want to eat - toast.
NEVER use anything to stop diarrhoea without consulting a pharmacist.

the best thing to do is just wait it out. rest.
you can drink water, or carbonated clear drinks, in SMALL sips. if you strech the stomach to fast when you have food poisoning, you will puke. dont eat or drink anything until you have been puke free for 2 or 3 hours. then try a sip or two of something. if you can keep it down, have another sip. then wait about 45 minutes, and try to keep down some soft food. [yogurt, mashed bananas,]
or a little bit of a cracker.try to stay hydrated!

The best thing is to let your stomach rest for a couple of days. Drink plenty of water, then if you can keep that down, move onto clear fluids (i.e. no milk). When you feel ready to eat, try some soup to start off, eat little and often. Take some vitamin supplements to replace what you've lost.

Yes just water your body needs to flush everything out of you system its the only way, if you do eat you will prolong the food poisoning. When your system is clear try eating some bio-active yogurt to build up the good bacteria. Good luck

Either go to the hospital or cast yourself for the next exorcist movie cause you will be vomiting so much that Linda Blaire would be jealous. You could really get dehydrated and hurt yourself!
