If you guys have been broken up and after two months want to get back with each other, you might as well. Two months. wow. That's a really long time to go without somebody. And you can't be alone for a while. So yeah, why not. Go back out with him since in those two months you didn't find anyone you liked more. Not because you know that's the person you want to be with. And who cares that its probably just going to end in another breakup, like the first time. Two months as a bachelor really make someone mature into relationship material. 2ND chances usually occur after long periods of time. I think what you're having is just a relationship relapse.

Your ex said he wasn't ready for a relationship, so why is he ready now?
'He's your ex for a reason'
Chances are he's just confused because of the separation you two had. He misses you, and still cares for you, but that doesn't mean that a relationship could form from it.
Give this new guy a chance. I didn't think I would get over my ex when I started dating this new guy, but here I am, 8 months later, and I can barely recall my ex's face.

Go for the guy you like more...however go easy on the guy who asked you out that you already agreed to a date with. The other thing I would be careful of is if a few months ago your old BF wasn;t ready for a relationship, what makes him ready now?

it is easy to say thinks online and even mean them but that doesn't always mean the same as in real life. you can give the ex another chance but take it slow. Go out with this new guy - and don't compare him to the ex during the date - and don't rush things with either of them until you are sure that is what you want

Just be friends with your ex, that way you can see how the friendship ends up, take your time girl, you know how it is, and you don't want to go down that road again. Now it is nothing wrong with going on your date, and he can be a friend too! after a while then you will know where your heart is at!

If it didn't work the first time what makes you think that it will work this time? Life is too short for people to change themselves. I think people should keep the love crap out when consider ting a long term commitments.

Just sleep with the new guy couple times and get back with your ex. Your ex probably slept around and found out that no one is freaky like you and want to get back with you. So just show this new guy what he'll be missing and rock his world couple times. Good luck

you just answered your own question. You lik your ex more. Sounds like he just needed time to get his heart sorted out. Guys have a harder time admitting what their heart is telling them. Give him a chance
