FOA ...................persons who generally takes care of reception and directly interact with walkin customers............we call them customer care assistants or anything else........u will be reporting to someone executive

He is an assistant who is never in the office. Bcoz, he is - in front of the office. (Seriously these people do more of personal chores to their bosses out of the office than literally being in the office and working for what they are paid for)
