Eat healthily susbstitue your sugary/fatty snacks for Fruit and veg. Don't drink any soda..And exercise for 30 mins 4-5 times a week..you have to keep this as a lifetime routine if you want to keep the 5kgs off...

i don't really believe in diets. i believe in portion control. they really are out of control these days. once you learn how much you are supposed to eat and stick to it, you will lose weight. an easy way to do this is make a plate at dinner like you usually would. then get out your old measuring cups and measure out what you are supposed to have on a different plate. compare. it's a big difference. there are all those empty calories and fat that we don't need that we are eating. this is what weight watchers is all about, in my opinion one of the best diets out there. notice how you can eat whatever you want, as long as you stay within your points range. cuz they teach about portion control. and yes, it is annoying measuring everything out, but in the end it will be a lot cheaper since you don't have to go out and buy special food or pay any fees. and keep up with the walking.

Evaluate what,when and how much you eat and modify these factors in order to achieve the desired goal. Then to maintain that comepensate what you don't eat with water and plenty of rest most people overeat due to stress and lack of sleep.

Try this excellent site http://sparkpeople.com it is free and easy to use. Just start from registering for the site and it shows you how to go about it through exercise and food intake. 5kg isn't alot of weight to get rid of so you should do well!

it takes time, eat less have more activity, it will the best if you run and perspire (it burns fat), and if you lost that 5kgs you must be careful about what you eat because it may back again, best way is to refer to a doctor and consult with him/her
