Dear Zeba,
You can find the desired herbal tea form Supermarket.
But I can share with you my home made herbal tea which I enjoy during winters.
1. Take 2 cups of water.
2.Add a small piece of ginger , 2-3 cardmom(elichi) & 1-2 cloves(long) and boil it.
3.After 2-3 minutes add 1-1.5 tea spoons lipton green label tea.
4.Now turn off the heat and cover the pot and leave for 3-4 minutes.
5.You will soon get a nice aromatic smell.
6.Add sugar & milk to taste as required.

Warm the pot, put in the herb pour on the water leave to infuse for approx 5-7 Min's.strain. Most herbs have volatile oils if made in a cup cover while infusing.You can sweeten with honey

I pull a few leaves off the stem of the herb, depending what it is, but with mint I use three or four leaves, then grind them in a food processor and use in my tea diffuser.
