You can get rid of your blackheads by cleansing your face regularly and thoroughly in the morning and before going to bed at night. If you have got the money going to a beautician will most certainly also help. You might also want to make water boil in a pan, take the pan off the stove, then carefully put your head over it for a while while also putting a towel over your head so that the pores of your skin do open up through the warm steam, -but watch out that you do not get burnt by the steam!!!!!- then, with a clean paper napkin squeeze the blackheads. This will leave red marks though for a while, so for sure it is not the best way to get rid of black-heads. Regular and thourough cleansing at home is the best method I would say.

Blackheads are a skin condition like acne.. you should treat your nose and chin with something...

you can buy a small tool for removing blackheads at just about any cosmetics counter.. it looks like a tiny spoon (one on each end) with one end having a small hole in the middle and the other one having a bit larger hole. you place this tool over the blackhead (blackhead showing in the hole) and press.. it will cause the blackhead to push up and come out.

You can buy an actual tool for squeezing blackheads which is gross but strangely satisfying. Exfoliating regularly should help keep them at bay, and Biore is effective yet weird. In future cleanse before before bed and cleanse, tone and moisturise in the mornings.

Your not supposed to squeeze them, but if you get a hair pin, the kind with the large U end, you can run it over your nose with pressure and it will cause the black heads to come out. Same thing on the chin. After wards the surface and dap on after shave or equivalent

The most common trigger of acne is puberty, when surges in androgen stimulate sebum production and hyperproliferation of keratinocytes. Other triggers include hormonal changes that occur with pregnancy or throughout the menstrual cycle; occlusive cosmetics, cleansing agents, and clothing; and humidity and sweating.
Affected areas should be cleansed daily, but extra washing, use of antibacterial soaps, and scrubbing confer no added benefit
A mainstay of treatment is daily topical tretinoin (Trade Name=RETIN-A) in escalating concentrations as tolerated. Daily adapalene gel, tazarotene cream or gel, azelaic acid cream, and glycolic or salicylic acid in propylene glycol are alternatives for patients who cannot tolerate topical tretinoin .
Physical extraction using a comedone extractor is an option for patients unresponsive to topical treatment

you can steam your face then use those pins with an O at the end 9BodysHop sells them) & squeeze them this way. Biore strips are also not bad but r expensive.I also bleach mine! but I don't have that much
