In Genesis it says that the Woman will have pain during childbirth,this pain was the result of the fall of Mankind,Mary however was born sinless and so this did not apply to Her,She had a painless birth,Jesus may or may not have cried,either way it has nothing to do with sin or the fall.

i dont know whether she cried or not but in the qur'aan, it is mentioned that when she was in pain, there was a date tree above her head and she was told to eat the dates and her pain was eased and also by drinking from the river/ lake (i cant remember sorry) near her. check surah maryam.
