What is touching your forehead? Your hair, a hat?
If it's your hair, change your shampoo. Sometimes dandruff is the problem or the fragrance in a shampoo. It's always better to get a mild shampoo that has NO fragrance. What are the other things you're putting in your hair? "Free and Clear" shampoo and conditioner (get online) is good.
If it is your hat, wash it without detergent or use a mild detergent ,such as Seventh Generation's Free and Clear. Use one teaspoon at most.

Lemons, tomatoes and witch hazel are all proven to fight and keep acne at bay. Lemons and tomatoes are both fruits, yes fruits, with a second quality not known to all humankind. What you want to do is cut it open. Cutting it in fours goes a long way. Take each piece of lemon or tomato and rub it on your face. You may have a little something left on your face. Just leave it there. It's for your own good. They will make pimples disappear almost overnight. It they don't disappear they will be smaller the next time you check. Lemon is also good for removing scars. That means any pimples you popped in angst that left a scar will go away over time. Lemon contains acid so it's like having an acid peel thing going, but not. Your skin will be so clear you can set that makeup aside for special occasions.

Please trust me. I know what I am talking about with this one. My son has been through this. First of all, the oils in your hair is triggering it. You can wash your hair twice a day, but your scalp produces more oil when you sleep than any other time. Also since we use hair products, it comes in contact with the forehead before anything else. I started to sleep with an absorbent headband around the hairline with my hair in a pony tail. This kept the oils away.

Your skin produces oil everyday to help retain moisture and clean pores to flush out microcospic particles and bacteria. U may have skin that is prone to acne and breakouts. 1st - It could be your hair is touching your skin -u may want to try keeping your fringe out of the way.
2nd - u've gotta cleanse your face which can removes dirt, makeup and oil, lifting away pore-blocking impurities that causes breakouts.
3rd - U've gotta use an astringent which fight the enemies of clear skin. It works by lifting away what's at the surface and what's lurking in pores.
4th - Don't forget to moisturise (oily face needs moisturiser too!). Get a moisturiser that suits your skin.

You probably touch your forehead alot or your hair or hat(maybe) is dirty. Your tzone (across the forehead and down your nose) is highly susceptible to oils and dirt espescially if you have oily skin. Drink alot of water and use an astringent (seabreeze neutrogena) to keep it free of surface oils and Keep your hands off your face.

Lots of people have oily skin in ther "T-zone."
(forehead and nose) So you probably just need a facial cleanser meant for combination type skin
