Well, as far as homepathic one's I'm not sure. Doc's are considering that it is one of many related autoimmune defects at this point. You can get eucerin cream over the counter to help with moisture. A Doc I talked to offered one of two choices,
predisone for the rest of my life (thins the skin by the way), or indoor tanning (thickens skin and increases risk if skin cancer).
I chose indoor tanning, and it has helped a lot. Good Luck.

You need to go to a dermatologist to get an outline of different possibilities which will be best for your case. It depends on your kind, where it is on your body, which treatments you have tried before, etc.
I got it when I was 22, and am now 46. I've tried almost everything, except the most serious ones like methotrexate because that scares me, and some things work better than others, and at different times. That is what makes this condition so yucky and hard to deal with.
What really ended up working the best was PUVA; you check with the dermatologist to see if it might be effective for you.
Be careful of things out in the general marketplace or on the internet that are herbal, or not by prescription. It's not worth risking the rest of your health for something that may or not work - stick with only things the doctors prescribe for you.
