To replace the hood hinges you not only have to take the hinges off the hood but you have to take the hinges off of the jeep itself which seem to be behind a panel that goes from the end of the hood to the windshield. There are some screws that hold this panel on and the windshield wipers have to be taken off but how do you get this panel to come off?? No one seems to know this answer. If you know this answer you are all-knowing when it comes to jeeps. I don't think anyone knows though.

They make drill bits you should use to drill out stripped bolts. i recognize Sears sells them, yet in all likelihood Lowes/HomeDepot do besides. Its a cool little bit that you drill into the middle of the bolt, then you genuinely change the drill to opposite and the bit embeds itself interior the bolt and extracts it. It also facilitates, in case you could, to warmth the metallic around the bolt. A warmth gun or different source of warm temperature works tremendous. We many times use a welding torch, yet you ought to be careful with some thing like that. once you warmth metallic, it expands, and could enable the bolt to go back out a lot less stressful.
