If I burn 300 calories on an exercise bike (according to the screen), in 15 minutes, would it be the same as burning 300 calories in 30 minutes (going slower). I'm more comfortable going slow, but not sure if it burns less calories..

If you have the time, slower is any day better! Do what makes you more comfortable, and still gets you the end result!

if you are going slower, you will need to go longer in order to burn 300 calories. so u wont burn less calories as long as you are doing it for a longer period of time. you must have been going really fast/vigorously to burn 300 calories in 15 min.

medium would be good. Too slow doesn't work as good, and too fast, you lose your energy too quickly. Go at a medium steady pace.
