At church this guy is always playing with the kids in front of me. Granted,he is very good with them and than he always looks for me and passes the babies to me to hold. He makes direct eye contact with me and seems like he always makes some kind of excuse to talk to me. Is there a chance he likes me?

poor guy... his in love with you but does not know how to start courting you directly. lady, this guy is courting you. ask him what he wants and see what happens.

Yeah, there's a chance. But first, is the eye contact because he is actually talking to you, or because he's looking at you. If he's looking at you, then he probably likes you. If he's just talking, then maybe, but I mean, it is simply polite to look people in the eye when you talk to them. Also, what kind of excuse does he make to talk to you? If he talks to you about having to feed one of the kids or something like that, then he's just telling you something you need to know. But if he asks you like "how was your week?" or something, then he probably likes you.
