Though there is no fat in a banana, like anything else, not eaten in moderation as part of a well balanced diet, it can make you gain weight.

No, but bananas are rich in carbohydrates and thus add to your calorie intake which ends up as fat. Pl. understand that sugar and other carbohydrates also can be converted by body into fat. 2 grams of sugar gets converted into 1 gram of fat approximately.

Since bananas are not rich in fiber, the absorption of carbohydrates from them is quite rapid. Bananas are rich source of potassium, so don't give up totally but count them as calories.

yes there is fat in bananas
if taken with 2Glass of warm water early i the morning empty stomach then u will have a chance of loosing weight.
