Pretty simple. More calories in than out. If you eat 250 more calories per day, you will gain a half pound a week. If you eat 500 more calories per day, you can gain a pound a week. Gaining One pound is accomplished by eating 3500 calories. So, by adding additional calories to the basics of what your body needs to maintain itself, you can get fat.

I dont know if your asking this because you are trying to put weight on, or trying to aviod it? But I'm underweight and have been trying to put healthy weight on for years (im now in my 30's and it hasnt happened yet) I got a doctors evaluation and was refered to a dietian who told me just to eat lots of junk food. My sugar levels went all over the place and the doctor said she shouldnt have told me that, so dont eat too much sugar and crap.
Basically you have to eat more calolries than you use and do some weight resistance exercise.
Ive just found out I may have coeliacs disease which is an allergy to gluten in foods and stops food absorbing in your stomach so get a proper check up if your underweight.

Do you want to?
Don't exercize, and eat fast food all of the time. Stay up all hours, and drink a lot.
If you don't want to, exercize, watch what you eat. Get quality sleep. Drink in moderation.

eat lots of fatty food, (like nuts and chocolate. and of course mac donalds)

quit that gym you go to.

sit at home watching tv and playing computer

make chocolate cakes everyday then eat them couse they look nice

do nothing, never run/jog (always walk or car), sleep then eat, sleep, then eat, sleep, then eat.

but y you wanna be fat?

Eat nothing but fast food. Effective but very unhealthy.

thats the last thing you want to do. there are enough people in the world who are over weight and die early in life.
