Increased appetite, enlarged nipples, after 30 days she will start to get a little fatter, less activity after about 30 days. You should definitely know just by looking at her in 30 days from her last day mating/being in heat.

You "think" she was mated 2 and a half weeks ago? Why don;t you know exactly? You obviously know nothing about breeding and so are putting your *****'s life at risk. You may not see any signs of pregnancy for a number of weeks. Take her to the vet, get some advice & unless this is a well planned pregnancy from 2 health tested parents who are excellent examples of their breed, get her spayed. Sorry to sound harsh but there are far too many unwanted puppies around anyway.

Signs of pregnancy include enlarged nipples, a slightly swollen vulva, increased appetite and a cranky or demanding personality. An ultrasound can confirm a pregnancy as early as 18 to 25 days...

2 1/2 weeks is too early to tell, the pups wont even be the size of a grape yet.
A good site for info is
http://www.debbiejensen.com/signs_of_pregnant.html
there is a java due date and this works out when she would be due and things you should be doing for her benefit at different stages of a pregnancy.
There is also a signs to look for so that may help.

Take her to the vet for a pregnancy test - While you're there, make an appointment for her to be spayed!

you can confirm it by knowing that you did not do the responsible thing and SPAY her,,, dogs don't get lumps on their hips when they are pregnant,, that is probably a tumor or fat deposit... if you do think she is pregnant she needs to go to vet... she needs prenatal vitamins etc. spay her asap- if it is early enough in her pregnancy they can abort the pups for you... we do not need more unwanted/unplanned litters and backyard breeders

you would probably need a vet to be able to tell you wether or not your dog is pregnant.
