but i will do some things at home in between, is that enough?

Enough for what?
Any exercize is better than no exercize.
Weight training is good for building a person's core muscle strength as they age, and this might be done more easily in the gym. However, the fact that you are exercizing at home means you are probably exercizing more than the average American.

Much better if you go to the Gym qod then at home do aerobics for at least 45 min. Less if you are not in shape, increasing to an hour of exercise daily as you progress.

kinda depends on what you do at home. do your strength training 3 times a week at the gym, then aerobics at home.

nope, if u want it to be enough go 3 times a week, but do less work and more reps. and doing xtra things at home is a bonus.
