to make a sinter of copper,we need the temperature of it.

Melting temperature=1085 °C
sintering temperature =650°C

there is no single temp. it is a combination of time and temperature. however, i have successfully sintered at 660C for 30 minutes. strength of the bonds were the same as the original copper.

Tungsten copper is not suitable for heatsinks, since it has high density and low thermal conductivity - exactly the opposite of what you need! Are you sure you don't mean beryllium copper? That is very good for heatsinks, but also very hazardous. It is often used on spacecraft.

My suggestion will be to refer to ASTM standards and check "METALS HANDBOOK"

Further, for you i referred Google site, and it says the sintering temp, ranges based on various other inputs including the metallgraphy onwards.

it dpends on the particle size and diffusion rate. conventionally u can sinter at 870-1050 C range.
