Easiest = plain white rice. Sometimes I'll boill the rice with some chicken to make it more palatable...but it should be mostly rice.
A lot of people use canned pumpkin, *not* pie filling - just plain, unsweetened canned pumpkin. Feed this for 24 hours instead of regular food.
You can also put slippery elm (capsules available at health food stores - may be a bit hard to find, but worth keeping a bottle of this around the house) This is herbal, and I used 1 capsule in my dog's regular food (my dog's about 20 lbs)

Bland foods work great to settle the stomach. I use rice and boiled chicken when my dog (female boxer) has an upset stomach. For about 48 hours or so, then she is usually OK to go back to regular food after that. Mine often had an upset stomach mostly in the morning. To combat this, I found that a piece of dry toast before bed helps to soak up extra stomach acid and prevent an upset stomach in the morning. Anything that lasts for more than 24 hours....get to a vet. Good luck!

Hi Bizzle!!
Ginger!!
An herb valued as a culinary seasoning and also considered a remedy for a variety of illnesses. Dry ginger is a good anti-inflammatory, and together with garlic it can replace the need for aspirin-like (NSAID) drugs. Fresh or pickled ginger is good as an anti-emetic compound and calms an upset stomach. It relieves motion sickness and dizziness and improves digestion.
If your pet suffers from chronic constipation, then it is important to treat the condition holistically. Diet is the key element in the treatment and prevention of constipation.
Use herbal remedies and dietary supplements that are specifically aimed at maintaining bowel and digestive health, reduce reliance on dried and processed food, provide lots of fresh water and include roughage and fiber in your pet's diet to help prevent and treat constipation effectively and naturally.
If other problems....
Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice): Powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-allergenic and excellent tonic for the intestines, bladder, kidney and entire digestive tract. This herb is also very effective in the treatment of peptic ulcers, reducing pain and helping to heal the stomach lining.
Ulmus fulva (slippery elm): The bark of this excellent digestive herb is rich in trace minerals, manganese, iodine, protein and soothing mucilage. It is a very highly respected herb in naturopathic circles and is regularly used by holistic veterinarians to treat a range of chronic and acute digestive disorders as well as to improve the health of the digestive tract.
Althaea officinalis (marshmallow), Rice Powder. An excellent and well known remedy for digestive disorders and very effective in soothing painful and inflamed mucus membranes of the digestive tract .
A combination of natural medicine, healthy diet and regular exercise will help your pet to return to digestive health.

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/J27jk
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

Geez... you have to provide more information than that for a reasonable answer. Could be anything from over-eating to parvo. Dogs can get relief from Pepto Bismol at about a tsp/20 lbs.
