Ok - she's just doing her girl thing - girls WORRY a LOT about EVERYTHING. If you saw the Notebook - watch the scene where they were having sex for the first time - and the girl was freaking out about all the things that could be going wrong and all the things that he could be thinking that were wrong. And if you look at him - he's just enjoying the experience. Shwing!!!
Ask her what would make her feel secure with you as a mate - and do those things!!!! If you really like her - you will try to make her happy...

You asked her what exactly? If you are mates then going out together will be normal anyway, talking together is the same. Just go out together and do not push it, enjoy each others company and do not think that you have to jump in the sack.
Go out together "Dutch", share cars eat at each others places, just enjoy the friendship and see what develops.
I frequently used to play monopoly with a couple of girls, sometimes at W/E fairly late into the nite, although we liked each other as "mates" I did not think of jumping into the sack together. When things did develop it was quite calm natural and not "forced" it just happened with one of them, we both noticed that we had merged more together.
I may be thick but what is W,D,I,D when its home.

If you take the relationship slowly you should be fine. It all goes on maturity. If you split up be mature about why and how you split up, then you can still remain friends. Sometimes our best friends can be our best lovers, sometimes not. It depends on how much she likes you and is willing to risk. The best thing is to just keep communicating and reassure her, unless you're both immature and hurt each other badly, or get your friends all involved, you will be fine.

are you sure you dont really like her because of the great friendship ? Make sure your not confusing friendship from fancying her.Decide and explain to her your feelings properly, see how she feels about you ! It could be she genuinely wants to be friends and doesnt fancy you that way ! Talk to her she is your friend let her know she'll have the best of both a boyfriend who she can talk to (there quite rare) good luck !!!

Ask her whether she has feelings bout you? i believe that if she does, you two should go for it. Trust your feelings, if you really like her mabe find the time to just sit and talk with her. If it doesnt work out, tell her you'll still be there to remain her friend.

It is just a nice way of saying she doest see you as anything more than a friend. Obviously you wouldnt want to lose her as a friend, but if she felt like you do then the thought of it not working out wouldnt come into it. You'd just want to get together

It means that she is worried that if you start dating and it doesn't work out, she will lose you as a friend.
Ask her if she wants to take that risk. If she does - all good to you. If she doesn't - stay her friend.
Good luck!
