At this age, you are probably at the end of your puberty growth spurt, you should take advantage of this period and make sure your body is producing enought HGH (human growth hormones) to sustain any more potential height increase, check out http://www.hghforheight.com there are many lifestyle factors that you can adopt to optimize your natural HGH production. If unfortunately that your puberty period is over (your growth plates is completely closed), you can still grow taller with spine lengthening technique which has been shown that it can add up to 2-3 inches to your overall height. Spine lengthening can be done with various stretching exercises, they are well-documented in http://www.giantscientific.com. Exercises like yoga or pilates have been very effective in elongating the spine, http://www.thepilatesguide.com

Most of height is in your genes. Some of the guys in my family were still growing to age 25.
In (i forget which) China or Japan there are people who are choosing to have their legs broken and slowly lengthened (a lot of pain for only about 1-2 inches).
Stimulation - have you considered making an appointment with someone who does acupressure/acupuncture I am not sure of their capabilities?
Reflexology may or may not be something that can help, that is not what its purpose is.
In terms of muscles I can recommend a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies, but this is not going to help with height.

If I were in your position I wouldn't be so obsessed with trying to achieve more height because there is nothing you can do to reach that goal. You can consume all the growth hormones in the world and it will not help with your height. You will benefit most if you apply the energy of trying to achieve more height into the acceptance of your height and learn to live with it.

Pastime fairly won't do a lot. I'm telling you just tell her to counting her energy and she or he definitely wants to bring them down enormously but additionally gradually. If she's taking in 4000 energy a day inform her to try 3500 calories for every week after which week 2 3000 calories, week 3 2500 calories and so forth unless she reaches 1500-1700 energy a day which is usual for a younger feminine. Determine the labels on the meals to count caloric consumption. In any case hope this helps due to the fact that your reply to my query stunk. Cya
