I say The Lord's Prayer, and I say Hail Mary's several times a day. I'm saying them while I'm meditating or praying for God's favor or forgiveness.

Even a mantra is clutter in my mind.

When I meditate I use the Holy Name of Jesus to help me. He is my All -- and it is the most simple and perfect prayer.

Somtimes I use a word like "quiet", but most of the time it is a time to clear my mind of words and I prefer breathing.
