Ok. so i have been "sick" for 2 days. Saturday and Sunday. Each night i got very hot, but saturday night i woke up sweating like crazy, my clothes were soaked. and my muscles are still soar, and i still have that headache, and that cough is still there and everytime i cough i feel like i am about to vomit. and i will get that feeling every now and then, but i havent thrown up. I know this is kinda gross but i have had "puke burps" but that is it. But whatever i have isnt contagious, because my boyfriend isnt sick ,and my family isnt sick.
I have 3 guesses as to waht is making me sick...my 1st guess is that the vitamin c over dose, my 2nd one is that my family had KFC for dinner on friday night, and my little sister and i both got one of those bowl things... adn she gave me her chicken bc she thought it tasted funny, so that is one possibilty, and 3 is that i might have mold growing in my room, but i looked and i cant find any. so i kinda doubt the 3rd one...so please help. if you can

The good news is your body does not store vitamin C, cooking it also destroys it.
Foods containing the highest levels of C are -sweet peppers, broccoli, citrus fruit, strawberries, melons, tomatoes, raw cabbage, and leafy greens like spinach, turnip and mustard greens.
C is both a detoxified and an antioxidant, so it is doubtful this is the cause of illness unless its use was really helping you out and you are feeling those effects.
Recommendation from my chiropractor for the mold that both my daughter and I react to is taking calcium citrate (helps cut down on the effects) with magnesium (it helps regulate lots of things in the body).
That leaves food poisoning - Please stay hydrated - Gatorade or something like it water is not enough for this.
