Windows auto updates do you have it on or off?

Mines on but I request to see what wants to be downloaded prior to Windows installing the software.
Normally an add-on for my Adobe Paintshop appears but seeming as I don't want it I stop the download.

It is always benifical to see what wants to be downloaded.

On. I don't want to have to worry about manually updating my computer.
