Are there tiny whiteheads among them? Use a pumice stone with some deoderant soap when you bathe. Be gentle, though, because you can break the skin, but be consistent and they will go away. Also, start taking Carlson's fish oil. It's the least expensive at iherb.com. The fish oil will take a few months to begin improving this condition, but it will improve many other problems that you didn't even know you had as well. To see how, and all the ailments it helps, do a search on omega 3 fatty acids and you will be surprised. Hope this helps!

That sounds like Keratosis Pilaris. Are the bumps mainly on the back of your arms? Also called KP, this skin condition is extremely common. It is actually thought that around half of the world's population has some degree of KP.

I agree with the person who gave you the "pilaris" answer if these bumps are on the upper back of your arms. For that a dermatologist has a special lotion they prescribe. But you might try a really good moisturing cream with lanolin in it. That might make most of the bumps go away.

If it's caused by an allergy to something (which may or may not make it an itchy rash) try antihistamine tablets. Ask a pharmacist for their recommendation.
