I have a 13 month old daughter, she dont seem to be eating very much, she used to eat all her breakfast now she only eats half of it,she dont eat any lunch she has few mouthfulls then spits anything else you give her out,its the same as her dinner we give her a variaty of food but still makes no difference, its been nearly 2 weeks now! we've had her in a good routine since she was born but because she gets hungry at night she wakes up 3/4 times for some milk, have tryed giving her water or juice but wont have it!
Any suggestions? or is it a fase they go through?

It is a phase definetly as she must be getting to know and explore more food, textures and tastes! According to you she is still hungry and taking milk. Is she teething? Check. If it is hurting, then she must be spitting because of the pain. Some babies are tend to get two or three teeths at once.

If not, see if she got any throat infection. You may think, baby and throat infection? Sometimes a sort of body heat and flu doesn't show up but makes the baby suffer inside. Just check.

Of course if she is hungry at night she is only going to take milk, and if she isn't eating well this should be formula or breastmilk not cow's milk. Cow's milk doesn't have enough nutrients in it.

If you want her to sleep at night you need to feed her more breastmilk or formula during the day, that is what she needs to fill up. 1 year is waaaaaaaaay too young to wean, and by wean I mean get all her nutrients from non milk/milk substitutes.

There are many reasons why she may not be eating, teething for example. Just go with the flow, keep offering her food, and she will eat when she is ready.

Kids do go through stages where they eat a lot then go down to nothing then up again. It's normal. Plus try not to give her anything at night to drink. This way she will wake up in the morning hungry. Also try giving her drinks only at meal time.

If a child grew as much in their second year as they did in their first they would be extremely fat! It is perfectly normal for eating to slow down in the second year as they don't need to put on nearly as much weight.

She might be teething and has a sore mouth. If she is really hungry, she will eat
