I've been sick with the flu and strep throat these past two days which left me in bed for those 2 days. Now my back, sides, and front side, are so sore from where I've been changing my sleeping positions. Anything I can do to get them feeling back to normal???

you are sore from the flu! not just laying in bed . Poor thing you . If you lay in bed ,put a pillow under your legs to alevate them . That will relax your back a bit . By all means walk a little if you feel up to it !

Hope you feel bettter soon !

Its probably the flu giving you the soreness...you can take an anti-inflammatory to help reduce that like ibuprofen or naproxen. And try sitting up a little and doing stretches when you can. I hope you feel better!

You could try ibuprofen or a heating pad. Also try doing some light stretching a few times throughout the day.

try taking a HOT bath or shower, then go sit down in a comfortable recliner or chair. Drink a ton of water. You have been lying down too much, get up and get the blood flowing.....

Try stretching, take some ibuprofen and drink plenty of fluids. If it doesn't go away see your MD.

Yes - even if you can't do much, try walking around the room for a while each day.
