Jedi definitely. Even Scientology is 30-40 years old since it was invented by (revealed unto) Ron L Hubbard.

"Esotericism of the Apex Deity" Officially less than a decade old however derives from an old religion that had select few members (hense Esotericism) and believe that the creator of everything is a supreme God among many who watched many creations form and fall. A rather intriguing belief and not a well known one either.

Scientology. Secular Humanism has been around a long time - scientology only since too many people smoked one too many and latched onto "Dianetics".

As far as parody religions go, I like FSM, but the Invisible Pink Unicorn is right up there too (pbhhh)
