The program is asking for your adjusted gross income, if you do not have last years (2005) return, call the Internal Revenue Service at 1-800-829-1040 Mon thru Fri 7am to 10pm. After verifying your identity by asking a few questions they can provide that figure for you

Look at your copy of your 2005 return! If you don't have it available you'll have to get a copy from the IRS. There's a $39.00 fee for that and it can take several weeks to get the copy.
If you had your taxes professionally prepared for 2005, the preparer will have a copy. It may well be quicker to get a copy from them.

You will have to contact employers you worked for in 2005, and ask for W-2 forms which shows Gross income,Federal, State, and Local tax withheld from your pay. GOOD LUCK !!!

You need to wait for your W2 to come in from your employer(s). You never should file without an actual W2, for your protection NEVER use a final paystub.
