I've heard people can get their colons cleaned out. What are the ways this is done? Why is this done? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each method?

2. They insert tubes into the colon
3.& 4. To flush out the toxins
Note it is like a HUGE enema

Colonic irrigation. Diana's best friend. Mostly warm water is passed through just like an enema. Gets rid of all rubbish in the intestines. Supposed to be very good for you as long as person is a qualified Doctor.Good bacteria in the form of a drink needs to be replaced. Have fun
