I still feel rough and slightly drunk. What time do you think I'll be okay to drive?

Don't know when you'll be OK to drive, but the rough feeling can be cured with some Gatorade. It works wonders for me...

It takes an hour for each two units of alcohol to go through your system. 20 Vodkas @ 2 units per vodka = 20 hours. Give it a miss today or invest in some Listerine.

i suppose its got to do with how fast your body passes the alcohol through your system but my guess is if u still feel drunk now that u wont be ok to drive untill tonight sometime maybe not even til tomorow stay in an get on the couch wit ya blanket watch the telly an ferget about goin out its to cold anywayss HAVE A BLANKET DAY haha

20 hours after 3.00. I drink every hour it takes to get rid of after your last drink. I hope you had a good time and were not just drowning your sorrows.Probably tomorrow you'll be fine. Have a quiet one today or catch a cab.
