dude, gross! but if you do pop it, put some rubbing alcahol on it to dry it out

It's your pimple you can do anything you want........Just remember popping leaves scars!

if its got a big white/yellow head, then you can if you like, make sure your hands and face are clean and keep reapplying antiseptic afterwards. if its cot a small head or no head, it will make it LOADS worse. leave it if you can resist the temptation.

I would, and do the alcohol. I have had no scars left, obviously it is not going to disappear on it's own.
Give it a try.

i would put some tooth paste on it over night and if it's not better pop it then put alcohaul on it..good luck
