The way I do it is this. take a deep breath and repeatedly say to myself I can do it it is not as I see it I can do it, things can change. It is me that I trust in so I have to come up trumps in these situations because there is only me to do it with. But if you are luckey enough to go through things with another person then that would help tremendously.

Realize that you are going to be ok and that this is just a phase. The panics will pass. You need to see a doctor about these panics. Maybe medicine will be the answer but more than likely you will need some counseling. If your in the mist of a panic try counting down slowly from ten, breathing deeply and in rhythm.

The only way to handle it is to keep ur cool.
Just say to urself that "Whatever happens is for the best"
& I've to face it.
Concentrate & do deep breathing for 5 mins.You'll definitely see the difference.
Chanting the name of God also gives immense strength
to face adverse situations.

Talk to friends about your problems.
Think that whatever God, does, does for good.
look at people who are more unfortunate than you and thank God for your plus points.& the good things in life that you have. pray for other unfortunate ones.
Best things in life are Love, health, real education, appreciating beauty, faith and guiltless conscience. Good sleep.
For all this you dont need money!

embrace your fear. I think we can learn a lot from Jack, there in Lost. You think you've got things to be afraid of, look at those people! like wise crazy Colonel Kurtz once said, "It's impossible for words to describe what is necessary to those who do not know what horror means. Keep muttering "I don't want to die, I don't want to die." Then mess up your hair and look at other people, intently, directly in their eyes, and say even louder "I don't want to die, I don't want to die." Say it 15-20 times.

Then scream like Howard Dean and take off running.

After you've done this, you will have forgotten about your panic.

Wear a rubber band around your wrist like a bracelet and when you feel like ou're getting upset, snap the rubber band as hard as you can. My friend swears this works...use a thick rubber band. (seriously)
